Author Guidelines:

Submission Process

Authors should submit their document (in WORD and PDF format) to grcpublication@gmail.com via email attachment to publish their books, edited books, textbooks, book chapters, monographs, and book reviews.

Make sure the manuscript format follows the Global Research Connect Publication template before submitting. In addition, authors must read the publication ethics and malpractice statement for authors, as well as Global Research Connect Publication policies. The book that is being submitted ought to be unique, unpublished, and unpublished elsewhere. Original novels free of plagiarism will be the only ones taken into consideration; entries that are not will be rejected without explanation. Scientific quality, which represents the general norms in their particular field and its significance to authors and readers, is the basis upon which all papers are evaluated. The book/proceedings receipt will be acknowledged via email to the corresponding author.

Global Research Connect Publication publishes all year round and accepts submissions. Within Five days of receiving your submission, we will perform an initial evaluation. The evaluation procedure typically takes a week or so, if your submission is pertinent to our collection.

Plagiarism Policy
Global Research Connect Publication will judge any case of plagiarism on its limits. If plagiarism is detected by the editorial board member, reviewer, editor etc., in any stage of article process- before or after acceptance, during editing or at a page proof stage. We will alert the same to the author(s) and will ask them to rewrite the content or to cite the references from where the content has been taken. If more than 25% of the paper is plagiarized- the article may be rejected and the same is notified to the author.

Ethics topics to consider when publishing:
  • Authorship of the manuscript: Authorship should be confined to individuals who have made significant contributions to the conception, design, implementation, or analysis of the study. Transparency regarding authorship contributions, such as through a CRediT statement, is recommended.
  • Originality and plagiarism: Authors must ensure their work is completely original. If any content or ideas from other authors have been utilized, proper citation or quotation is mandatory.
  • Data accessibility and retention: Authors might be required to submit the raw data associated with their paper for editorial evaluation and should be ready to provide public access to such data if needed.
  • Multiple, redundant, or simultaneous publication: Authors should not submit the same research to multiple journals simultaneously. Note: Elsevier considers abstracts, theses, or preprints as exceptions to this rule. Specific journals or those with double-blind peer review may have different policies, which authors should consult.
  • Acknowledgement of sources: Proper credit must always be given to the original sources of any referenced work.
  • Disclosure of conflicts of interest: Authors must disclose any relationships that could potentially be seen as a conflict of interest when submitting their work.
  • Correcting published errors: If an author identifies an error in their published work, they must immediately notify the editor or publisher and cooperate to rectify or retract the publication.
  • Reporting standards: Original research should be presented accurately, including a fair discussion of its importance and implications.
  • Human or animal subjects and hazards: Studies involving chemicals, equipment, or human or animal subjects must include compliance statements with safety regulations and ethical standards.
  • Patient confidentiality: Studies involving patients or volunteers must have obtained approval from an ethics committee and documented informed consent, which should be referenced in the paper.
General Instructions

Submissions of papers, books, or magazines should be made with the understanding that the work is unpublished (except in the case of abstracts or theses) and is not currently under consideration elsewhere. The corresponding author is accountable for ensuring that all co-authors have approved the publication. It is also the authors' responsibility to verify that submissions from an institution have the necessary approvals. Electronic submission of manuscripts is highly encouraged, provided the text, tables, and figures are compiled into a single Microsoft Word file. Any further correspondence and proof review will be sent to the corresponding author unless otherwise indicated. The submission implies that the authors agree to potential editing for clarity.
