About: Dr. Hoti Lal Gupta is a distinguished Periodontist and Oral Implantologist with over 27 years
of experience in clinical practice and academia. He earned his BDS from SMS Medical
College, Jaipur, and his MDS in Periodontics from King George Medical College, Lucknow.
As a Diplomate of WCOI (Japan) and Fellow of AOI, he has worked in notable institutions,
including Govt. Dental College & SMS Hospital and R.D.C.H., where he served as Professor
& HOD. Currently, he is the Principal and Professor at Rajasthan Dental College & Hospital,
Jaipur. Dr. Gupta has attended over 40 conferences and published more than 16 papers.

About: Dr. Sumit Bhatt is an Assistant Professor and PhD Scholar in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
at Rajasthan Dental College and Hospital, Nirwan University, Jaipur. He completed his MDS
(Gold Medallist) in 2022 and BDS (Topper) in 2016. Recipient of 16 university awards,
including honors from the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentists,
he was also recognized as the Best Undergraduate Student by Guident, Bitein, and Famdent
journals. Dr. Bhatt has over 50 publications, 25+ Indian patents, 10+ Canadian copyrights and

Dr. Ravindra Raghunath Mahajan

About: Dr. Ravindra Raghunath Mahajan completed his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Kavayitri Bahinabai
Chaudhari North Maharashtra University (KBCNMU), Jalgaon, where he developed a strong
interest in applied and industrial chemistry. Seeking to broaden his research exposure, he later
carried out his post-doctoral work at the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal,
Telangana. His academic path reflects steady progress, driven by curiosity, discipline, and a
genuine passion for scientific work. Over the years, Dr. Mahajan has accumulated six years of
teaching experience and five years of dedicated research experience. During this period, he has
taught both theoretical and practical courses, guided students in laboratory work, and
contributed to various academic activities within the department. His engagement with research
has resulted in five publications, covering both research papers and a book chapter.
His main areas of specialization include Industrial Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, and Polymer
Coating. Much of his work revolves around polymer materials, surface treatment, and coating

Sujit Deshmukh

About: Sujit Deshmukh is a graduate student at the Department of Chemical Engineering, Pusan
National University, South Korea. He holds a Master of Science degree in Organic Chemistry
from Yashavantrao Chavan Institute of Science, Satara, India. During his master’s studies, he
published two research papers in international journals focusing on green chemistry and multicomponent
organic synthesis. Sujit has carried out research at IIT Indore, NIT Warangal, and
Shivaji University, working on projects involving azobenzene derivatives and phenothiazinebased

About: Dr. Rakesh S. Jadhav (PT) is Professor cum Principal at Dr. Bhanudas Dere College of
Physiotherapy, Sangamner (M.S.) and a distinguished academician dedicated to advancing
Physiotherapy education and research. He earned his BPTh from Krishna Vishwa Vidyapeeth,
Karad and completed his MPTh in Musculoskeletal Sciences at Seth GSMC & KEMH,
Mumbai. He also holds a Fellowship in Sports Rehabilitation and a Diploma in Yoga Teaching
and is currently pursuing his Ph.D. at MUHS Nashik. With over twelve years of teaching and
research experience, he has guided numerous projects and inspired students to embrace
scientific inquiry and ethical practices. His scholarly contributions include more than twenty
research articles published in international and indexed journals. He has authored over five
books and book chapters, further enriching academic resources in the field. In addition, he
holds eight patents and copyrights, reflecting his innovative and research-driven mindset. His
